I acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions, together with the stated policies, form an inseparable part of the binding agreement between myself and Verizun Investments ("Agreement").

Eligibility and Accuracy of Information

• I affirm that I am over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
• The information I have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. I agree to promptly notify Verizun of any material changes to my details, including my residential address and identity.
• I understand that Verizun may be unable to assess the suitability of certain products for me due to insufficient disclosed information or a lack of trading experience.

Understanding of Risks

• I confirm that I have utilized educational resources provided by Verizun, such as a demo platform or tutorials, to understand the risks associated with trading and investing.
• I acknowledge the risks involved in trading across various financial markets, including but not limited to Forex, Options, and CFDs.

Compliance and Legal Restrictions

• I understand that financial trading, investing, and related activities are regulated differently across jurisdictions. My use of Verizun’s services confirms that these activities are lawful in my country of residence.
• I declare that the funds used for trading are obtained lawfully and do not originate from illegal activities.
• I take full responsibility for informing myself about legal restrictions applicable to me.

Service Use and Limitations

• By accepting the Terms and Conditions, I am granted a limited license to use Verizun’s platform and services for personal and lawful investment activities.
• I agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:
• Copying or reselling proprietary materials.
• Providing false or inaccurate information.
• Deep-linking to or reproducing Verizun’s content for commercial use.

Account Suspension or Termination

• Verizun reserves the right to suspend or terminate my account and services, with or without notice, if I breach the Terms and Conditions.
• I understand that account suspension or termination due to policy violations may result in the closure of trading positions and potential financial loss.

Limitation of Liability

• I acknowledge that trading and investing inherently involve risk, including potential loss of capital. Verizun is not liable for losses resulting from trading decisions, market conditions, or disruptions caused by technical issues or negligence.
• In no event shall Verizun’s liability exceed the commissions received from my most recent transactions within the platform.
